Production

Depending on the product, production takes a few working days, then the parcel is on its way.

Our production partner has facilities in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the USA and other countries. Each item comes from a facility that can make it and deliver it to your address. If your order contains goods from different facilities, several parcels arrive; this costs you nothing extra.

Shipping costs and delivery time

Shipping costs depend on the product and the delivery country. Checkout calculates them for your cart and shows them to you together with the expected delivery time before you order. You can see where we deliver from the countries that can be selected at checkout.

Taxes and import charges

Checkout shows the taxes for your delivery country before you submit. If goods are delivered within the European Union from a facility in the European Union, no import charges apply.

If a parcel comes from outside the customs territory of your delivery country, taxes, customs duties or carrier fees may be charged on import. You bear these unless we expressly show them as included in the price at checkout.

Some pieces are not produced in the European Union. If you order them for delivery to the European Union, the product page points this out. Whether an item really ships from outside the EU depends on the facility that produces your order. Checkout shows this before you order: “Ships from outside the EU, customs charges may apply on import.” If the goods value that the facility declares to customs for such a shipment exceeds €140, we cannot deliver it to the European Union. This is not your purchase price but the value of the goods at the facility. Checkout checks this and tells you before you order if you need to split the order.

Payment

You pay at checkout by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, depending on your device and browser, with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout shows which of these payment methods are available to you before you order. Payment is processed by Stripe; card and account details never reach us.

The amount is charged when you submit the order and appears on your statement under the name “TYPHORA GROUP”. If you withdraw from the contract or we cannot deliver an item, you get the money back the same way.

If something is wrong

If a parcel does not arrive or an item is damaged, wrong or defective, write to us at hey@mindset.film, ideally with your order number and a photo. This is a warranty case, not a withdrawal.
